Privacy &
site information.
This page describes how this website is configured.
Last updated: 17 September 2026.
1. Site operator
This website is operated by SeaDatabase. Live enquiry submission is not enabled: the project brief tool runs on your device, and nothing you type is sent to us.
2. Browsing this website
This website does not set cookies, use browser storage, embed third-party tracking, or load remote fonts. Its images, styles, and scripts are served from this website only.
This website is delivered through a content delivery network. Like any hosting arrangement, it may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested pages, in order to serve the pages and keep the site available and secure.
3. Project briefs and enquiries
In the current brief-only mode, the form uses information you enter to prepare a text brief within your browser. It does not send the form contents to SeaDatabase or save them in cookies or browser storage.
You may choose to download the brief as a text file or copy it to your clipboard. Those actions create a copy on your device or clipboard. Sharing it afterwards is your choice. Reloading or leaving the page clears the in-page result; your browser may separately retain form autofill information under its own settings.
This version offers an email hand-off. Preparing a brief does not transmit its contents to SeaDatabase. Selecting "Open email app" passes the prepared text to your own email application; you must review and send it yourself.
Once sent, the enquiry will be processed under the site operator's handling details below. Your email provider may also process the message under its own terms.
When you submit an enquiry in this version, the details you enter are sent to the configured enquiry service so the site operator can review and respond. These details may include your name, email, company, systems, and project description.
The optional bundled PHP handler validates the request and asks the configured mail system to send the message. It also keeps hashed network identifiers and counters for basic abuse prevention; the operator must configure and disclose the cleanup schedule. It does not create a database of enquiry contents.
Please do not include passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records in an initial brief or enquiry.
4. Your choices and questions
In brief-only mode, you can use the rest of the website without entering contact details. You can clear the form, leave the page, or delete a downloaded brief from your device.
In brief-only mode nothing you type is sent to SeaDatabase, so there is no enquiry record held here to access, correct, or delete. If live enquiry submission is enabled in future, a privacy contact and the applicable rights and processes will be published on this page first.
5. Scope of this notice
This notice covers this website, not the handling of business data in a separate SeaDatabase project. A project's scope, access, responsibilities, hosting, security, and any required data-processing terms need to be agreed separately.
Adding analytics, external scheduling, new form services, or other third-party tools would change how the website operates. This notice will be reviewed and updated before any of those features go live.
